In school or work what was a kind of problem that you had and had to have help to solve it and how did you go about asking them for help?
This isn't rocket science, it's banquet serving. It wasn't anything in the interview process that was difficult, it was the fact this place expects applicants to appear in person multiple times and it turns out the job is only minimum wage. If they had put that in the ad I wouldn't have wasted my time.
