Campaign Strategy & Tactics: What would your high-level recruitment marketing campaign look like for launching in a new market? What narrative would you craft around the value proposition entering the market? What messaging channels and platforms would you utilize and what content types would you prioritize? Provide sample copy for at least one asset. KPIs & Measuring Success: What metrics would you track to evaluate campaign success? How would you report results to key stakeholders?
