I met with lots of people and each one had very intelligent and thoughtful questions. They were all very interested in my story and open to answering my questions about culture, goals, challenges, etc. It was a nice balance of traditional questions (what experience prepares you for this role? What are some situations when you had to gain consensus with various stakeholders?) and a genuine exchange of ideas of how the role could impact the organization and what my ideas might be.
Market Research & Talent Pool Assessment: how do you approach understanding local talent markets? How might you advise the business on the types of talent pools that are available and how those align to talent needs? Campaign Strategy & Tactics: What would your high-level recruitment marketing campaign look like for launching in a new market? What narrative would you craft around the value proposition entering the market? What messaging channels and platforms would you utilize and what content types would you prioritize? Provide sample copy for at least one asset. KPIs & Measuring Success: What metrics would you track to evaluate campaign success? How would you report results to key stakeholders?
