The interviewer was obsessed with function pointers and essentially based his opinion of the candidate's whole knowledge of object orientation on how much or little they knew about delegates and functions. So if you are an expert with delegates but otherwise cannot architect, you're a great fit for this company.
Typical- Experience, Strengths/Weaknesses. They do ask if you have seen the website/ understand what the company does.
The supervisor literally asked me if I could be any food what would I be and why.
