Phone screen took around 20 minutes via phone. General questions about their business model & motivation. Nothing special, everything as usual. After step 1 received an analytical challenge to be done remotely. Quite interesting 1st part mostly with % analytics and 2nd part with evaluation & improvements. Received an answer that even all the evaluation figures were correct they cannot pass me to the next step.
It was a regular questions on background, previous experience, and why do i wanted to leave my old company.

Typical case interview questions, mostly around specific problems that Grab (2-wheel) was facing at that time. With the Director, the interview was more of a personal chat -- getting to know each other plus culture fit check.
Interviews were focused much more on job and Lyst product understanding than my experiences. 1) HR: what I understand about the job and why I want to join Lyst 2) Int director: xls data about lyst sales. How can we improve comission rate that Lyst receives from the brands? 3) VP Int: Case studies about other search platforms (ex., Hotel.com): why 2 hotels have different numbers of reviews, etc. 4) VP Product: cultural fit questions (what I am looking for at the new job, etc.); VP Sales: example of successful negotiations, etc.
