In addition to questions relevant to my background, skills, etc., I was asked to solve a brain teaser. Until today, I did not realize that interview experiences are posted on this site (and include references to brain teasers). I was asked to solve a puzzle in which $100 was in one of three boxes, all boxes had labels, two labels incorrect - solve for which box contains the money.
Questions pertained to online instruction, curriculum development and instructional theory. When I interviewed, much of the curriculum was based knowledge of federal employee supervision; it was an area I wasn't confidently strong in -- those questions were, obviously, the most difficult for me.
Define curriculum. How is it different from education?
