Seems that instead of trying to bring people into Cisco, the interviewers job seems to be to find your weakness and make you feel as if you are an idiot. Team of people trying to find out what you don't know instead of what you know. Most uncomfortable interview i was ever on.
How would you respond to an irate customer?
- STP..the works: BPDUs, RP, DPs etc - DHCP IP helper concept - Mac address, multicast, unicast - some analytical questions..like how to troubleshoot a link down,,,,what steps - project handling skills etc - Some basic BGP and OSPF questions..like AS path number, load balancing OSPF links

The initial interview questions were basic and nothing unexpected.
DC switching, fabricpath, OSPF, BGP, Proxy ARP, IPv6, Static routing
How do you handle conflict.
In the Assignment Round they will asked only from the assignment you have done all the technical questions for assignment, then some applications based questions, after this round I was out. When I asked to others they mentioned Manager Round was easy not too hard asking just technical things you mentioned in your Resume.
