They were asking ambiguous questions that were difficult to convey over the phone. Like: Describe the biggest spreadsheet that you have had to deal with. Also other Excel questions like what are the shortcomings of some of the Excel Lookup functions.
The position required thorough knowledge of data anaytics and reporting and the discussion around driving business performance through analytics was very engaging.
Okay. Sell yourself (literally mean just said anything that shows u deserved that position)
The questions were irrelevant to the job role and duties. Nothing from the domain from which you are applying. Each level of interview they ask same question. I was enthusiastic about the role to work with Axon however, asking a potential candidate to work on report and presentation and not even looking at it was a big turn off for me. I would not recommend, they lack in terms of management.
