1 - Work in teams of 2 to discus the benefits of booking with/without a packaged holiday provider. 2 - Work in pairs to answer a few scenarios on how you would deal with supplier issues. 3 - Spend 10 mins alone doing a spot the difference game with 2 hotel contracts. People were then selected for one-to-one interviews to discus job experience.

Finally, we discussed the potential challenges I may face in transitioning to this new role, allowing me to express my willingness to learn and adapt.
