Basic questions that were expected.... The real question you need to ask yourself is do you really need this job that bad. These people are a joke....
I was asked if I belonged to any specific group/church/organizations. I did not know what was meant by that and where these questions were headed as I was asked the same question several times in different ways. I guess they wanted to know my affiliation with or against a certain group. In the end, I inferred they were trying to see if I have any prejudice against a specific race. Of course I was not, but some of these questions were rather not so legal, and out of the norm, to say the least.
This from the hiring manager: "I'd scheduled a half hour on the phone with you - but we spoke for over 90 minutes. I'd say that went well, would you?"
