The majority of questions I was asked were situational and related directly to the company's core values. The questions were geared to touch upon past experiences and thoughts/views on the industry, technology of the company, and similar topics. After answering the proposed question, the conversation quickly became an open discussion that allowed for the back-and-forth of supporting ideas and experiences that were not necessarily directly related to the initial question.
Why did you apply for the role?
Why are you leaving your current position? Are you able to travel during the regular school day? Are you familiar with Curriculum Associates products?
