Just pretend I'm a grandmother. Try to explain to me in simple terms what it means to work as a business analyst. logical task, the task of maintaining hard hard constraints
1. Asked about your knowledge of the company, your experiences, and a few questions to get to know you better like your favourite book, your impression of school, and why? 2. Asked to simulate how you'd interact with a child by playing a 'getting a car out of a parking lot/car park puzzle' game, and asked to give instructions, explain and how you'd break that game down for a child. 3. Asked to 'segment' or sound out the syllables of a list of real and made-up words 4. Asked to spell a list of 40 words 5. Given a math word problem that involved subtraction Overall, quite a straightforward, somewhat easy informal interview. It seemed a lot better and different than other regular interviews. Throughout the interview, we were able to have a pleasant conversation with a lot of back and forth dialogue, much better than a very formal interview.
