Asked if I know pivot tables and vlookup in the screening and was asked very standard questions like name a challenge and how you overcame it during the behavioral interview. And finally, before we got started during the technical interview, I was asked whether I usually ask my manager a lot of questions, or figure it out on my own (the manager ostensibly hates to be asked too many questions and started the interview with a sigh and an eye roll, and also seemed to detest the usual pleasantries of hello, nice meeting you, etc.) The technical interview is the first time you meet the manager. Can only speak to my experience but in other interviews, the behavioral is done by the manager, not so much the recruiter- in this case recruiter did most of it so never met the manager until the technical interview.
