Not really applicable to interviews with NOV. My experience is that hiring managers are trying to tell if they like you or not. There aren't any set questions or tricky situations. They just want to know if you are down-to-earht, a hard worker, and interested in the work we do.

how much do you expect to make?
I was asked about my inability to arrive at work punctually, but unfortunately, I was incorrectly identified as a former employee during the discussion.
they asked me to put together an outdoor heater. the propane kind with the glass tube and the fire.
The phone screen covered the basics about the position and my resume. The second involved a series of expected, but scripted questions which appeared I was also rated on, however they lead to conversations points about my experience, thoughts on the position and what they were looking for. The third conversation was more nuts and bolts into more detail of the job, expectations, company operations and future plans. This allowed me to describe comparable experiences in more detail and what I could bring to the table. The most interesting question was, "Describe constructive criticism you received in the past and how you improved upon that." Actually a good question.
Tell me about a time when you contributed more than your fair share in a project or at work?

I believe one question was, "If a disgruntled customer/member came up to you complaining about a particular piece of equipment being out of order or unavailable, how would you resolve the situation?"
What was my biggest work accomplishment? What were my work ethics?
