They kept trying to talk me out of the job saying I wasn't qualified for it with the intention to see my dedication to it. Otherwise it was pretty straight forward in regards to tell me about yourself, etc. I would recommend making a business plan if you're new to the industry.

One questions they ask is how you would handle a situation where somebody calls in for support, yet they are experiencing a rather busy moment in the day where a lot of variables come into play. The example provided me was of a busy Mother, who was about to leave to see her daughters recital while also juggling a pet and a young son. The questions were regarding a printer issue she was having at the moment. She was in a hurry and needed assurances that the issue would be resolved.
