During my last phone interview I was given a scenario in which I had to state how I would sell a customer one our products and services if they stated they already banked somewhere else, they felt like their bank treated them more than just a number and clearly stated they did not want to hear about our products and services.

What would you do if a frustrated customer wanted a refund on a fee, but it was against company policy.
Please always be prepared of unexpected question...especially regarding the role you play. So be focus on your responsibilty. I was asked about how to work with difficult persons and those who have different views of opinions.I was also being asked if there are an arguement with other colleagues on what decision to be made in related job, What justification / criteria should be take into account to handle the situations.
