Example: tell me about a time when you took an innovative approach to solving a problem. No where in the job spec they specify that an essential requirement was show creativity or innovation. Other 3 questions were not aligned to the job specifications either. Sadly, I did not have the opportunity to show I was good for the job and how much I wanted it.
