They will expect a demonstration of physical fitness. I have a friend who is a recruiter who said as of the Winter of 2012 they weren't sending anyone to Boot Camp until they had 5 pullups. Local experience may vary.
There were no interview questions except when could I be in country.
The recruiter asked questions on BI, BI Stack, Projects, Introduction, About company.
They asked where I would like to see myself in a few years, what type of personality had with respect to the position I would come into, my experience level, comfort level and expectations.
