When can you start Afterward in the same interview, they offered me the job on the spot! we agreed on a salary and they agreed to send me the paperwork ASAP, which was a complete lie! I accepted their verbal salary offer, but Amnol Chaudhary (the VP) and Uma Jangra (the HR manager) both ghosted me and failed to follow up on what was discussed during an almost 2-hour second and final interview. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed from a supposedly "legit company." How can people do this to others?
