The questions were about my prior work experience, responsibilities, why I would like to work for Uncommon school, what is my expected level of compensation, there were few general IT-related questions but most of them were standard HR-area general questions, nothing that was unexpected. She also inquired if I had any questions about Uncommon schools or the position itself. It lasted 30 mins and I was told that my candidacy would be reviewed by the actual hiring managers and if they are interested there would be in person interview scheduled. After 1 week I've received the automated email indicating that there would be no in person interview as I was not selected(not sure 'why' as my profile had 100% what they were looking for with the exception of no experience working at schools).
