They have reviewed my CV and also the senior IT management of Lendlease reviewed by Linkedin Profile before the interview (I have premium linkedIn account). In the beginning of the interview they mentioned I am not the right person and they are looking for a senior manager. It was a really a horrible and frustrating experience. The interview did not happen more than 15 mins. One of the interviewer was just arrogant. The 2 senior executives born and grown up in Lendlease (Linkedin have all details). They mentioned about their IT Transformation program. The message to Lendlease - Before they transform their IT they need to transform their senior management of IT first. Without transforming their senior IT management team they will not get the desired results.
