Tell me about a time you had an unsatisfied customer. How did you handle that customer and what was the outcome?
If you felt overwhelmed at work, what would you do?
I suppose the most difficult question would have been what would I do in the case of an irate customer. I reason I say its difficult is because it isnt like your dealing with a guest at a restaurant and can comp a meal or just remake the food, your dealing with a place that somebody lives or potential will live, so the pressure to make the customer happy is alot higher.
Months after the interviews, I got a call out of the blue offering me the leasing consultant position. What was unexpected is they required me to take a drug test within three hours of the offer, at a specific clinic, far far away. At the time I was alone with my son and no one to watch him. I took him with me, and waited over three hours for a urine test. I passed, of course, just wished they would have offered a more reasonable to take the test.
