First interview: It was a quick 30 min phone interview. Fairly straightforward. The recruiter was interested in the previous jobs related to the current position. The recruiter explained the current job expectations/responsibilities, base salary, company benefits, 4 assessments, next interview, and timeline when the offer would be available.

They asked me what I was looking for as far as hours and job responsibilities. As well as if I wanted to learn more about the legal field itself I would be able to expand and grow.
