As a senior engineer I have interviews 100 of candidates in my life and I have attended interviews in many companies but this was the first time an interviewer was very curious to know about my personal things. After his first question itself I decided I can't work with him ever if he pays 1 CR per year. such a stupid questions he has asked.

I was asked about the metrics for a team that I'd managed four years earlier. That wasn't the issue, the problem was that I was asked for specific monthly numbers and was criticized for not being able to remember the exact numbers.
