The toughest questions had to be the very generic and plain questions in the first interview, but I have always struggled with these questions.
He asked a question, which he said it's not pass or fail. Just want to know the person.
Interviewed with supervisors I don't currently work with so it seemed to be a waste of time. An unexpected question I received was bluntly stated as, "Why do we need you. Do you even know what you're doing?". Seemed offensive but I handled it well and was respected for my honesty.
Some of the Questions that I recall: What do you know about the company? Why do you like to work in this role? Regarding the skills required for the role, which ones are the ones that you think you don't full fill? From your previous roles which one was the most challenging one?
