Having the medical coverage explained is painful, being told one thing and only having November as the timeframe to make changes. Case in point, after talking to a representative and he explained it to me (I had to believe him because I was confused) I was then stuck with a deductible. My wife and I do not go to the Dr's often enough (and I am Disabled Vet so I use the VA hospital) to warrant a deductible. Had I known, there would be no way I would have chosen that. I would definitely suggest allowing changes to be made, example: once you have elected your option, you only have 1 chance to change it (with no timeline).

none really, i was asked a second time about availability, the initial add said weekends varied shifts, which turned out to mean if you call you, we expect you to be available, this was a bit off putting, but we reached an agreement.
