Part of the application process included an assessment. Completion of the assessment invloves answers to workplace scenarios to determine fitness for the role. One question asked about how to handle seeing a co-worker doing something known to be against company policy.
They asked about prior experience in the warehouse setting.
No questions specifically.. just what days off do i prefer.

She informed me it was a lot of lifting and said it's hard work, will I be able to keep up.
Have you ever been in a stressful situation where you had to complete a job in certain length of time how did you handle the stress and did you complete the job in time
