How many transactions do you think AppNexus does in country X – and I want to see how you think about arriving at an answer. A fair bit of personality based questions, that reflect problem solving in a complex, collaborative environment on the job, and also how you get along with people. What is the longest word you know (indicates either bold thinking, by saying something like "infinity", or analytical thinking, by answering factually, or something in between, drawing on a people experience, etc...) How do you go about trouble shooting and solving a client issue when your task is to be the coordinator of resources.
