Providing examples of how I solved specific business problems was a major component. It's also important to come in with a point of view and not be afraid to share it. The company is all about solving problems and brining new ideas for their clients, if you can demonstrate that problem solving ability you will align with the culture and company strategy.

Tell me your strengths and weaknesses? Where do you want to be in 5 years? What's your experience since it's obvious HR staff did not read your resume prior to the meeting. Do you know NYC? Very stupid question since they seem to hire none native New Yorkers who don't know neighbhorhoods, or have a clue to the culture in neighborhoods that they say they are working on so-called partnership opportunities.

Very stupid question since they seem to hire none native New Yorkers who don't know neighbhorhoods, or have a clue to the culture in neighborhoods that they say they are working on so-called partnership opportunities.
