They asked more than one thing, so this question is not easily answered. All interviews were with employees of the agency that would be worked at (school districts), and they all asked different questions.
What do you look for in a supervisor?
-Background/education/experience -General clinical questions about difficult clients, managing boundaries, how to integrate continuing education into your work etc... -Why you want to work for a community-based company and what pros/cons you foresee
They did ask about clinical questions as well as biographic information.
Phone interview : Behavioral questions (describe a time when you…) manager interview: clinical questions, what type of deficits would you expect to see with a L sided CVA/resume experience etc.
