I personally find it challenging to answer the questions when given a scenario and asked to demonstrate how I would respond, though I understand the benefit of it. I just don't "play-act" well.
I wasn't asked any specific questions only informed of my position and benefit options.
I do not recall any difficult or unexpected questions.
