What are you working on currently
Round 1: Recruiter screening. 20 minutes. Questions on past experience, why Uber, why Payments. They provided details on the current role, location, compensation structure and interview process. Round 2: Hiring Manager screening. 45 minutes. Questions on some of the projects from my resume. They asked me to select a project from any of my previous roles and talk about it. Then, a discussion on a case study. Round 3: Virtual onsite. 6 interviews - 30 minutes each. They gave me an option to do this in one day or over two days. I went with one day. 1. Started with meet & greet from HR. 2. First 3 rounds focused on Problem Solving, SQL, Knowledge on Payments Ecosystem 3. Then a 30-minute break. 4. Next set of interviews were about Communication, Cross Functional Collaboration, Teamwork.
