According to McKinsey, a global management consulting firm, there is a huge demand for students looking for a platform to do their career assessments. In 2021, it predicts that the unemployment rate for youths (20-24) will be around 10% in the USA. ABC Corp. wants to build a digital platform that mainly targets students who are fresh graduates. It highly believes in an iterative approach of agile software development. We as a development partner need to provide an overall project plan that includes prioritized use cases and a product roadmap. ABC Corp, would love to hear about why and how you came up with the roadmap.
