Top Grade Interview was the final step of the interview process which went through my experience - both professionally and personally and asked a lot of thought provoking questions such as "why did you decide to study that at University? Why did you choose this specific University?"
Tell me about what a smooth renewal process looks like to you? How do you deal with conflict? How do you stay organized? etc.
Why Calm? What do you do when you're completely backed up with worked? (This was indicative that the team is understaffed and are looking for workhorses)
They ask about your professional journey, about your approach with customers in different scenarios, how you handle customers in complicated cases, how you solve the problems of customer with some examples. Are you in sync with the renewal process overall. Your best cases with customer and how did you add growth to business and solved their problems (consultative approach)
