They did a behavioral test by asking questions about situations in the past whether work related or personal. Such as what situations in the past have you dealt with involving a difficult situation and how did you handle it, what was the outcome, etc.
Describe a time you had to deal with someone difficult.
Nothing really, just make sure that you are available for any shift they tell you and at least one weekend day or you won't get the job.
