They were interested in me, who I was as a person. My path to arrive to my decisions, how I was viewed by my peers. I felt they were getting a feel for the just right member for the team. That is encouraging - when they look after their own.

HR call: The HR will ask general stuff and also some basic questions about Web Tech, I selected algorithms as my strong zone, so I was asked a few basic questions on run-time comlexity. Basic data structure questions like which has better search time etc. Tech Round: A lot of web tech, 1) How would you troubleshoot a slow website. 2) Explain in as much detail as possible, what happens when we enter an ip address in the browser. 3) Coding question about calculating latency for each ip address given time stamps and ip addresses. Can be done usig hashmaps. Behavioral: Not your standard behavioral questions. 1) How would go about advising a friend who wants to setup a bakery in your city. 2) You are given the job of designing the elevators to a 100 story skyscrpaer. The top 20 floors are owned by google. How would you install the elevators. The questions are very open-ended and more and more questions will be asked based on answers.
