- I applied for the position of senior full stack engineer with 8 years of experience - First step included a take home assignment with a time limit of 4 hours, the assignment was complex and was related to data structure and algorithms - Second step was 1:1 interview (live coding session 1 hour), the interviewer failed to inform if it was 1 question live coding challenge or multiple, it was informed when ample time was consumed - The initial solution by me was given in good amount of time for given live coding question (15 mins - 20 mins), but instead of exploring more skillset in different domains (full stack engineer remember) the interviewer kept insisting on improving solution more and more until i was out of time and i was told the that interviewer wasn't able to explore all of your skills - In short fingerprint need to design there interview more properly - Also no way was given to follow back with the company because result was sent out by a no-reply email
