Typical gamete of questions related to sourcing/business. I was given a number of sourcing scenarios by the manager and asked to describe how I would handle them. The other interviewers were less involved.
They flat-out asked me for a LIST of my current factories and suppliers. So incredibly unethical and shady it took me by surprise. Especially for a company that claims to want to put factories first and all that.... Apparently just a bunch of clever marketing. So, BEWARE to others in the Sourcing/Production/Development realm. They are clearing fishing for sources, hoping someone is dumb enough to give them away. It also sounds like their process is disorganized and stressful, i.e. the office has a florist but they don't have comp days for Asia trips. Disconnect much? Anyway, I played along to see how they would cover the gaffe. They did not cover it.
