All situational questions but not open ended questions. The norm is "tell me about a time.. " These questions were "how do you deal with a difficult hiring manager.."
Most of the questions are based on recruitment and procedure. Last round was hard core Technical Round.
Standard behavioral, sourcing, relationship management, etc.
Salary Expectation
They ask you to present on a sourcing challenge that they give you. There's no real "right" answer. It's a conversational presentation so that they can get a good understanding of the way that you think.
Questions were scripted and formula driven. Interviewer was following series of scripted questions - very obvious.
