Understand three sides of the business, structure your responses, be data driven, ask clarifying questions, be prepared, demonstrate you understand and align with their cultural values. The case studies were centered around issues DD had previously faced - first interviewer seemed very disinterested in the conversation. He wasn’t too interested in hearing experience outside the case study. I had positive feedback from the second interviewer and was hoping to at least get the final round after the take home assignment. However, I have not heard back from HR or even received a rejection email.
