There were no hard-hitting questions during interview. Most interviews were conversations rather than being drilled with hard-hitting questions. One manager was mostly concerned how I would handle picky homebuyers. They do not hire to the resume or experience, they hire to the personality fit. The Berke Assessment test is the most important aspect of the hiring process in my opinion. My personality stated that I would be a strong fit for a superintendent even though I had never been a superintendent. I found out I scored a 38 on Wonderlic, but I don't think that mattered (they just want to know that you are not an idiot).
