I loved the interview questions, they weren't standard "tell me about yourself" where you're able to memorize your script. Their questions really wanted to get to know you and your character and how it translates in the workplace. Topics they focused on during this interview consisted of critical thinking ability, communication style, resiliency, and process orientation.
I was asked no questions. Just listened to the recruiter jump from topic to topic
I was asked questions about specific situations I had in the past in my previous positions as well as questions about how I would react to future situations. I had questions more specific about expertise hiring for certain roles or about performance metrics for certain roles.
