This was a new position for the company, so it was difficult for the interviewers in terms of relying on standard interview subject matter and questions. The position is a coordination-heavy role nested in the Fed TAM Pod, which is an organization that has a technical/engineering focus. The one major question I received from all (paraphrased here) was "What is the role of a Project Manager, and how do your actions and input relate to the rest of the company?"
Alone the lines of: describe a time in which you worked well with a team, etc.
Tell me about a time you set a goal for yourself and how you accomplished it.
What would you do if asked to compromise your ethical beliefs for the company?
What could you give to TJX
How do you manage difficult stakeholders
How will this job at Salesforce, allow you to achieve your career goals?
Tell me about a time that you were wrong about something.
STAR questions, where (everybody know at the end) that never talk about a real case.
Tell me what a critical section is used for in C++.
