Q: If you were onboarding a provider that you felt did not align with our mission, what would you do? 3 of the questions asked were scenario based questions. However, the remaining questions were your general interview questions.
Give an example of how you have gone above and beyond the call of duty.
Most of the questions were similar to standard interview questions, but with a twist. Instead of asking you to name your strengths, they asked you to tell them about a situation that you handled which demonstrated your strengths and how this did so.
Describe a time you had a problem at work, how you dealt with it and who you spoke to and why
Name a fictional or nonfictional character that you relate to.
Why should we hire you?
