Well BPO for me. It is about helping customers. And it's like on orange app (Shopee) the customers service from there we buyers/sellers will ask for there help regarding thru our questions about our parcels (when will it arrive?, how can i report?, etc.) and the customer service representative will help and ask for additional info so that he/she can resolve the problem. And Bpo is like selling products. Just like that
