Apart from traditional retail selling & face to face customer contact I make outbound calls to customers. For example customers call the store with enquiries & the receptionist take their information & pass them on to us. Consequently I call back most customers & offer to have their items shipped to them. Whilst some customers agree to shipping their purchase others prefer to come instore to try their goods. Shipping customer goods is an additional method to make sales & get commission.
