Über die Position

Als Guest Relations Agent im Mandarin Oriental, Vienna bist du Teil des Front Office Teams und für verschiedene Aufgaben verantwortlich. Du berichtest an unseren Front Office Manager.

Als Guest Relations Agent bist du für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

• Schaffung von MOWow-Momenten, die unsere Gäste überraschen und inspirieren.
• Übernahme sämtlicher Aufgaben im Guest Relation, einschließlich Check-in, Check-out, Kreditkartenbearbeitung, Beschwerdemanagement und Gästekorrespondenz.
• Erster Ansprechpartner für Gästebeziehungen, Feedback und Serviceanfragen.
• Erstellung von Berichten gemäß den MOHG-Standards.
• Präsenz am Front Office und Lobby während der vorgesehenen Schichten und operative Unterstützung des Teams.
• Ansprechpartner für besondere Anliegen (z. B. Sonderwünsche, VIP-Gäste).
• Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen (Housekeeping, Restaurant etc.).
• Betreuung von Stammgästen und Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.
• Als Botschafter des Hotels aktiv mit Gästen und Kollegen interagieren.
• Vorbereitung von Willkommensgeschenken oder persönlichen Aufmerksamkeiten.
• Sicherstellen, dass alle relevanten Standards hinsichtlich Qualität, Nachhaltigkeit und FLHSS der Rooms Division sowie der Hotelrichtlinien eingehalten werden.
• Bearbeitung und Aktualisierung von Guest360 und Fans of MO Profil-Daten.
• Aktive Bewerbung des Fans of MO-Gästeanerkennungsprogramms und Teilnahme am Upsell-Programm.
• Sicherstellung und Aufrechterhaltung eines sehr hohen Standards in Bezug auf persönliche Hygiene, Verhalten und Pflege.
• Taktvolle Bearbeitung von Gästebeschwerden und -kommentaren sowie angemessene Eskalation.
• Kooperation und Teamarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen.
• Einhaltung aller relevanten Standards wie LQE und Forbes sowie kontinuierliche Weiterbildung über neue Standards in Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten.

About the role

As Guest Relations Agent at Mandarin Oriental, Vienna, you will be part of the Front Office team and report directly to our Front Office Manager.

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Creation of “MOWow” moments that surprise and inspire our guests.
• Handling all Guest Relations duties, including check-in, check-out, credit card processing, complaint management, and guest correspondence.
• Acting as the first point of contact for guest relations, feedback, and service requests.
• Preparing reports in accordance with MOHG standards.
• Maintaining presence at the Front Office and lobby during assigned shifts and providing operational support to the team.
• Serving as a contact point for special requests (e.g. special arrangements, VIP guests).
• Coordinating with other departments (Housekeeping, Restaurant, etc.).
• Taking care of returning guests and building long-term customer relationships.
• Acting as a hotel ambassador by actively engaging with guests and colleagues.
• Preparing welcome amenities and personalized touches.
• Ensuring that all relevant standards regarding quality, sustainability, and FLHSS within the Rooms Division, as well as hotel policies, are followed.
• Managing and updating Guest360 and Fans of MO profile data.
• Actively promoting the Fans of MO guest recognition program and participating in upselling initiatives.
• Ensuring and maintaining very high standards of personal hygiene, conduct, and grooming.
• Handling guest complaints and comments tactfully and escalating them appropriately when necessary.
• Collaborating and working as a team with other departments.
• Adhering to all relevant standards such as LQE and Forbes, and continuously updating knowledge on new standards in coordination with the supervisor.
