To strengthen our motivated Strategic Planning & Sales Excellence Team in Vienna, we are looking for a motivated Student Support (m/f/d) for 20 hours per week.

Your Role

• You leverage market intelligence (MI) by reviewing industry reports and analyzing market data to generate actionable insights for the business
• You support the further development of existing Power BI dashboards and contribute to the implementation of new ones
• You contribute to the preparation of decision papers and actionable recommendations
• You independently document and map end-to-end sales processes
• You identify optimization potential and drive process improvement and standardization initiatives
• You support the team with ad-hoc requests and administrative tasks

Your Profile

• You are currently studying for a Master's degree in business administration, management, industrial engineering or in an equivalent field of study
• You are good with numbers and large data sets, have a keen eye for details and a good understanding of business contexts and Key Performance Indicators
• You have very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot, data analysis) and PowerPoint, experience with PowerBI or generating dashboards would be a plus
• Fluent communication in English (C-level) is a matter of course for you, German language skills are an advantage
Ideally, you have already gained experience in an international corporate environment

The salary for this position is € 2,350 gross per month on a full-time basis in the Bachelor studies / € 2,550 in the Master studies .
