Job responsibilities but not limited to:

Maintaining and managing daily operation of production & warehouse management
Managing production of quality finished goods to meet customer demand
Implementing production systems and procedure
Conducting production capacity analysis, optimization to ensure production quality standard & material control
Supervising and organizing production team and warehouse for continuous quality and efficiency improvement
Planning of production line management & maintaining stock distribution
Evaluating capacity analysis for existing processes for forecast and budget scenarios
Ensuring safe working environment

Job requirements:

Degree holder of Supply Chain, Logistics, Operation Management, Business Development or relevant disciplines
At least 3 years experiences in production or similar working experience
Having experience in supply chain management / warehouse management will be an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, independent
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Dutch
Good command of spoken mandarin and written Chinese will be an advantage but not required

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Operations Manager
