You will take on a key role in controlling within the rapidly growing RPS business unit. As a trusted business partner to management and executive leadership, you will bring financial insight into strategic decision-making and actively drive key initiatives forward:

Act as a sparring partner for management and executive leadership

Prepare sound decision-making bases and support strategic initiatives

Develop and evaluate business cases and investment decisions

Plan and steer budgets and forecasts together with business partners

Take ownership of monthly closing and reporting processes

Analyze business performance and provide insights for internal and external stakeholders

Further develop reporting, BI, and KPI frameworks

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as well as controlling and transformation projects
Your Experience and Skills

Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a comparable qualification

At least 5 years of experience in controlling – ideally within an international manufacturing environment

Solid understanding of P&L dynamics and strong financial fundamentals (basic IFRS knowledge is a plus)

Fluent German is a must in order to cover the role successfully and fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) will be considered an asset

Proficiency in IT systems including BI tools; SAP experience is an advantage

Team-oriented mindset with a passion for cross-functional collaboration

Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking

Self-driven, proactive working style with a strong motivation to shape and improve

You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 64,829.96 € gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
