Als Country Manager (m/w/d) CHAT (Schweiz & Österreich) übernimmst du die unternehmerische Gesamtverantwortung für zwei strategisch wichtige Märkte. Du steuerst Wachstum, Profitabilität und Organisation mit voller P&L‑Verantwortung und hast dabei hohen Gestaltungsspielraum sowie Sichtbarkeit auf DACH‑ und europäischer Ebene.

Du trägst die volle Verantwortung für die kommerzielle Performance (P&L) der Schweiz und Österreich – inklusive Umsatz, Preisstrategie, Kosten und Ergebnis.
- Du entwickelst und setzt eine klare, nachhaltige Wachstums‑ und Geschäftsstrategie um und stellst deren profitable Umsetzung sicher.
- Du identifizierst, priorisierst und realisierst die wichtigsten Wachstumshebel (z. B. neue Geschäftsmodelle, Partnerschaften, kommerzielle Innovationen).
- Du steuerst das Geschäft konsequent über relevante KPIs, erkennst frühzeitig Chancen und Risiken und leitest daraus fundierte Entscheidungen ab.
- Du nutzt interne und externe Markt‑, Wettbewerbs‑ und Business‑Daten, um Strategie, Investitionen und Ressourcen optimal auszurichten.
- Du führst, entwickelst und motivierst leistungsstarke Teams in der Schweiz und Österreich und sorgst für klare Ziel‑ und Performance‑Standards.
- Du baust eine schlagkräftige Organisationsstruktur auf und entwickelst Menschen, Prozesse und Strukturen kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du triffst klare Performance‑ und Talententscheidungen, um den langfristigen Erfolg der Organisation sicherzustellen.
- Du förderst eine Kultur von Eigenverantwortung, Ergebnisorientierung, Zusammenarbeit und Kundenfokus.
- Du übersetzt Kunden‑ und Markteinblicke in konkrete, wertschöpfende Initiativen mit messbarem kommerziellem Impact.
- Du baust und pflegst enge Beziehungen zu Schlüsselkunden, Partnern und externen Stakeholdern.
- Du agierst souverän in einer Matrixorganisation und stellst die funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit sicher.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem DACH‑Leadership‑Team und europäischen Kolleg:innen zusammen und treibst Alignment sowie Best‑Practice‑Sharing voran.

Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium erforderlich, MBA oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Branchenerfahrung in der Dental-, MedTech-, Pharma- oder Biotech-Industrie.
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Führungserfahrung im Vertrieb und/oder kaufmännischen Management mit klarer Eigenverantwortung für Geschäftsentwicklung sowie Gewinn‑ und Verlustrechnung (P&L).
- Nachweisliche Erfolge beim Aufbau, Wachstum und der Skalierung von Unternehmen in komplexen und wettbewerbsintensiven Umgebungen.
- Ausgeprägte strategische Denkweise kombiniert mit einer hohen Umsetzungsstärke und der Fähigkeit, messbare Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
- Hervorragende analytische und finanzielle Kompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, Daten in fundierte geschäftliche Entscheidungen zu übersetzen.
- Starke Führungspräsenz mit der Fähigkeit, Einfluss zu nehmen, Stakeholder auszurichten und Veränderungen wirksam voranzutreiben.
- Erfahrung in Matrixorganisationen sowie in der Leitung funktionsübergreifender Initiativen.
- Branchenerfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, mit Medizinprodukten, Investitionsgütern oder in anderen technologieorientierten Branchen wird ausdrücklich bevorzugt.
- Fließende Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch ist von Vorteil.
